I checked in the Internet for "cheaper Global calls" and found that using a cheap phone cards would be the best decision for my problem. I can always pay some deposit with my VISA credit card, I can call all over the World from any country and I will call cheaper. It is not needed to pay in the currency of the country from where I call. I only need to know the toll-free number for this country. This is ALL. Yes, prepaid phone cards it is freedom to call cheaper! As a result of my Internet search I found more then 1000 companies that sell phone cards and the question was:

How to choose the best company?

I started to mark in the left side of my paper indexes of quality so that I could make the right choice based on them ( left menu of this page). I found in the Internet more than 20 companies that sell Global, cheap, CC. Then I started to check the prices. I found out that some companies sell 1 min Globl call for only $0.03 to $0.11 to China or India. But I realized that it was VoIP calls and that quality costs money. I needed to have a real call with maximum quality. I went on to see the rest 5 companies. Then I checked if I will have access from these companies to/from some countries where I have clients: left menu of this page.

In the END, my choice was GlobalPhone, I found out that GlobalPhone was the company with a perfect security system for my Credit card and for my account too. I had never seen such special security tools as a security deposit. I went to sign up - only 10 $, it was my first test. (to be continued).

The mobile companies argue that reducing taxes will make legally imported calls more attractive than the cheaper smuggled models. Consumers can save about forty dollars by buying what many call “a hand luggage” carried into the country tax free. They're often sold by the same shops which stock the legally imported models.

The telecoms ministry says that last year there were more than seven hundred thousand handles sold in Vietnam. Two thirds of them had been smuggled in. But Nokia, which sells some of the most popular handls, estimates that figure has jumped. Company officials say that even more smugglers have entered the market, since the principals of a major distributor, Doug Nam Associates, were prosecuted for a multi-million dollar tax fraud.
